We’re offering one lucky winner the chance to win a free 3 night stay for up to six people at Warksburn Old Church, where contemporary style, rich heritage and low carbon living combine, in the first church-to-home conversion in the world to meet Passivhaus standards.

For the chance to win, you must register your details using form below. The main terms and conditions are set out below. “We/Us” means Warksburn Old Church. “You/Your” means the person entering their details on the form.

  • Only one Free Stay Prize will be offered, to a single winner, chosen at random by us from the list of persons who have registered their details on this form.
  • You must enter your details by 22:00 (GMT) on Sunday 24 November 2024. Entries received after this deadline will be ignored. The winner will be chosen on Monday 25 November 2024. We have extended this deadline by one week, due to popular demand.
  • You may only enter your details once. Duplicate entries will be ignored.
  • The prize must be taken in the form of a free stay. There is no cash alternative.
  • If you are the winner, you will be notified using the email you registered on the form, and provided with a single-use discount code entitling you to book a 3 night stay, for up to six guests in total, at Warksburn Old Church. Instructions will be provided on how to redeem the code using the online booking form at https://warksburnoldchurch.com/book
  • The Free Stay must be booked and completed by 11 April 2025 and is subject to availability. The Free Stay cannot be booked during the Christmas/New Year and Half Term holiday periods.
  • If you are the winner, you must confirm your acceptance of the prize by making the Free Stay booking within 7 days of notification by us. If you do not make the booking within this 7 day period, we reserve the right to offer the Free Stay Prize to another person.
  • If you are the winner, when you book the free stay, you will not be charged for 3 nights accommodation, however the normal breakages/damages deposit will be charged to your credit card. The deposit is £250 and will be refunded in full to you at the end of your stay if no damages or breakages have occurred.
  • By registering your email to enter the Free Stay Draw you consent to Warksburn Old Church contacting you by email from time to time for marketing purposes, for instance with details of special events, promotions or discounts. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time: our emails will clearly state details on how to do so.
  • Everyone registering their email on the form will be able to make a 10% discounted booking for a stay at Warksburn Old Church. These discounted stays must also be booked and completed by 11 April 2025, are also subject to availability, and also cannot be booked during the Christmas/New Year and Half Term holiday periods. You will be emailed instructions on how to make a discounted booking.
  • All bookings at Warksburn Old Church, including the Free Stay Prize and the discounted stays offered under the terms of the Promotion are subject to our Terms & Conditions, which are available here.
