Prices are shown inclusive of VAT. Please note, we regret we cannot accommodate children under 12 years of age or pets. We do not accept bookings from hen or stag parties.
Discounted bookings in ‘soft launch’ period
The major renovation project at Warksburn Old Church will finish by early Autumn 2024. We are now offering 40% discounted bookings during our “soft launch” period from 24 September to 24 October 2024. If you’d like to be amongst the first to experience Net Zero luxury in beautiful rural Northumberland, you can now make a booking by using the calendar on this page. Guests booking for this period are advised that some exterior work to the grounds around the building may still be in progress (hence the discount), but this will not affect your enjoyment of the property.
40% discount will be applied for stays in the qualifying period when you enter the code LAUNCH40 on the booking form. Stays can be booked from Tuesday to Friday (3 nights); Friday to Monday (3 nights); Friday to Friday (7 nights); or Tuesday to the following Monday (6 nights).

In a few months time, Warksburn Old Church will be bookable via all the major holiday accommodation booking platforms and channels. We’re providing the pre-launch booking process on this page for guests who wish to make a booking before the property is released to the general public market. We look forward very much to welcoming you as one of our very first guests!
Here are the key things you need to know when booking direct with us.
- A 30% deposit is payable at time of booking. We use Stripe to process payments securely, accepting credit and debit cards.
- For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
- Six weeks before your scheduled date of arrival, we will email you again, requesting payment of any outstanding balance due.
- When we receive your deposit (or full payment for bookings within 6 weeks of arrival) we will email confirmation of your reservation.
- Approximately one week before your arrival, we will email with detailed arrival instructions.
- All bookings are subject to Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions which can be downloaded here.
