The kitchen and dining zones at Warksburn Old Church form part of very sizeable ground floor open plan space. Whilst the zones flow seamlessly together, each is functionally distinct, allowing maximum flexibility for guests to use and enjoy the combined space as they desire.

Kitchen

Warksburn Old Church boasts a craftsman-fitted open plan kitchen with alabaster units and an expansive quartz worktop. There is ample storage in cupboards and drawers. In brief, the kitchen includes the following major items:

  • Bora 4-zone induction hob with downward-acting extractor unit.
  • Highest quality kitchen appliances, including:
    • double oven;
    • microwave;
    • extra large fridge;
    • freezer;
    • dishwasher;
    • bean to cup coffee machine;
    • 4 slot toaster;
    • induction kettle.

An extremely comprehensive set of cookware, tableware, glassware, cutlery, utensils, chopping boards, etc., is of course provided.  It was a key design principle for the hosts that the kitchen at Warksburn Old Church should place no limit on guests’ culinary expression. In short, when you’re here, if you want to cook, you’ll be able to do so as if you were in your own kitchen.

Needless to say, a full set of oven gloves, tea towels, etc., is also supplied. Detergent, dishwasher tablets and suchlike are provided and can be replenished on request.

The hosts provide a welcome pack for arriving guests.

Dining

The kitchen blends seamlessly into the dining area, which offers seating for 8 at the generous dining table, whilst the stylish and comfortable dining chairs echo key colours from the stained glass windows.

Intelligently controlled lighting allows guests to set scenes, for instance to create an intimate atmosphere around the table, encouraging conversation over dinner. Or brighter lighting for fun sessions with the collection of classic board games and playing cards supplied.
