Panoramas
This iCloud folder contains a number of panoramas of the interior of Warksburn Old Church. To experience the full immersive effect on Apple Vision Pro download the images and open them from your AVP’s Downloads folder. We will update this page with direct links to the images when the technology matures.
We are providing these panoramas as an experiment. Two versions of each panorama are provided, one shot at 1x, the other using the 0.5x wide angle lens for greater up/down lines of sight. We would be grateful if Apple Vision Pro users viewing this content could send us any feedback, so we can improve the user experience. The final panorama was shot using the wide angle lens whilst looking upwards in the full height space in the lounge area at Warksburn Old Church. The challenge was how to convey the visual impression of the apex of the steeply sloping church roof, about 10 metres above your head.
Spatial Video
Whilst these videos can all be viewed by anyone in the standard QuickTime Player, they display in the Spatial Video format when viewed on Apple Vision Pro. We offer this innovation purely as an experiment and as a convenience for Apple Vision Pro users. Depending on your setup, the videos may stream directly from the links below, or may require downloading for viewing on your headset. We offer no guarantee of compatibility with any individual user’s specific set up. The videos are all reasonably large files, between around 50MB and 120MB per file. None of the videos has sound.
